When you found out that you fell in LOVE with another thing, how can you be sure it is not just another DEPENDENT on it instead??!!
For example, you think you LOVE to eat chocolates, however, you may not know that you do not love it at all but it is just RELIANT on eating chocolates just because you are probably used to it!! You can easily change your preference to something else, perhaps to chewing gums... :))
Do you think this applies to love as well?? haha... I do not know because I am still finding it out... :)
yo yo!! I'm back again! Wohoo!! I went out just now with Li Hin, Daryl, Marcus, Lam and Jun to Bugis. Li Hin called me last night and asked whether I want to tag along to Bugis with Marcus, Daryl and her. She said she did not want to go with them alone. I thought that I am quite free so agreed upon her request. We decided to meet at about 11am. We are meeting the same way like the last time we met. She will call when she is boarding the bus and I will get ready to come down to the bus-stop to board the same bus.
However, this morning, at 10+ am, Lam called to ask whether I would go out with Jun and her because she said that she is quite bored!!! So, Lam and Jun tagged along with us. Li Hin and I met earlier to shop for some things but we could not find what we want. sad… :( Anyway, we met the rest at the Tampines MRT station.
We reached Bugis at about 1pm and started to help Marcus search for a suitable present for Stella along Bugis Street and at Parco and Bugis Junction. Marcus and Li Hin finally settled on buying her a bag at Bugis Street. Honestly, I will have to admit that it is not a very nice bag and it is also rather expensive as well. But, I thought that since it’s selected by Marcus for Stella, then I decided not to comment much.
Next, we went to a Chinese “labeled” place for lunch. Haha… It’s quite hilarious because such a reasonably big shop sells only Fried Mee Siam and Fried Rice. Anyway, each of us ordered drinks (the main beverage of this place is tea… green and red tea with stuff like honey, pearl, lemon, lime and others… cold ones…) are quite nice… I ordered Mee Siam... It’s delicious! I must say… There are two honeyed chicken wings as well with the noodle. The Rice seems yummy too… ha!
Then Li Hin carried on with her “search” for a present. At last, she arrived at an accessories shop and chose a necklace with a white pendant on it. We looked at the time and decided to go to Kbox!!! We walked to Suntec.
Marcus and Daryl decided to challenge on the arcade first (House of The Dead 4). We watched them. They are quite good though. We struggled between watching a movie and going to Kbox. We sat and thought for sometime. Finally, we decided to just go to Kbox and HIGH!!! Hahaha… :)
3+ pm to 7pm (haha… we stayed till 7.30pm instead) we stayed in there… Lounge 23… We were quite shy at first but decided to just ROCK IT since we’ve got a limited amount of time… We sang half and skip the song… This is a good method because we will not waste time. We even sang a few “classics” such as Lao Shu Ai Da Mi (mouse love rice), even Shou Qian Shou (Hand In Hand- SARS song) and Ah Niu’s Dui Mian De niu Hai Kan Guo Lai (Please Look Over here! The Girl opposite!) … haha :0
Marcus chose the least. Now then I knew that he only love songs like: David Tao’s Gui (Ghost) and Wang Li Hom’s…. Err… I’ve forgotten the title of the song already… Anyway… that’s him…
Daryl sang a lot of Jay Chou’s song (because his’ a fan of Jay). So many raps. We also sang Huo Yuan Jia together… ha! We shouted when the huo huo huo huo huo huo huo huo and wo wo wo wo wo wo wo wo…. Haha… so easy to sing!!! Lame!!!
Li Hin and I sang a lot of songs together. Li Hin is really good but her pitch can be rather high. At least high enough for difficult songs like Joi Chua’s and Fish Leong. I can only manage some. Haha… A round of applause for Li Hin!!!!! Yeah!!! Lam and Jun also did a good job in many songs… A few round of applause for everyone then for having the guts to sing!!! WOHooOO!!! It is really a great and memorable day. Glad that Li Hin asked me to go. :)
