Watched "Angels and Demons" on Tuesday with June. Cos the book was too fantastic, and since the movie can only extract a two-hour essence of the novel, the movie wasn't much of a thumbs-up.
The scene tt left me the deepest impression was the "water" rescuing scene at the fountain. Professor Robert Langdon was rescuing one of the cardinals possible of being the next Pope and he realized his strength alone was insufficient, hence shouted for help. However, what he saw was ppl gathering and whispering around the fountain instead of stepping forward to aid the rescue. Fortunately, after a minute or so, at last, the bravery of a few men and a woman (i think) jumping into the pretty deep fountain almost brought me to tears. LOL!
I believe this scene is similar to what's happening in our society. I remembered I heard about a DJ discussing the issue. Imagine you saw a pregnant woman who wasn't feel well enough to even stand still and thus fell to the ground, will you go forward to help her? Or will you just stand a distance away and stare at her... thinking what will happen to her next. That DJ brought to light tt ppl were just too afraid to stand out from the crowd even if it's a good act of kindness. Unless tt pregnant lady pointed specifically: " The man in white polo tee, pls help me call the ambulance, I'm not feeling well.", or else, it was believed tt little or no one will initiate to lend a helping hand.
Is tt really true?
If it is, then what's wrong, man?!
Another scene tt's memorable will be the line of a certain police crew chief. He said he already ordered some of his men to the place suspected of having an explosive anti-matter. Hence, his subordinate questioned: "Don't you need to be there to issue commands?" He replied violently: " I don't need to be there! I will be staying here." Well... when it comes to facing death, ppl are always afraid and shunning. I guess, this is one great example.
SPOT THE DIFFERENCE!
From the 1st time I saw SuJu, the 1st person I know and recognise is LeeTeuk from the 13 of them. Cos he really looks 90% (or more) like BBT 小煜! In contrast will be their personality, tt LeeTeuk is more of dorky and cute style. And 小煜 is the bad boy + rocker image. =) I used to like 小煜 until the recent news. I'm sorry but I hate smokers. I really do...
Though idk if he smokes, but I love Angel teukie teukie! He's really special, like his name! Love his dimples too! :p

Me and my new B&W!

Not tt I wana complain but last wkn, the weather was honestly freaking hot! While walking to the bus-stop for work, my long-time-no-see rashes start to "surface" under my chin (at my neck) again plus my lips are cracking due to the strong uv light. All I felt and still feeling was pain.
In addition, work at last wkn wasn't as busy as those during holidays but I just got worn out as time passes. All the bending, squatting, kneeling, "smiling", carrying, lifting, wiping, setting and pouring...
Of cos, abit of chatting + joking with some my the colleagues there, are bonuses to me. I've learnt alot from them and realized the other side of them. Some may appear to be stern but they actually can be caring and chatty sometimes.
Last Sun, the rashes made my neck pretty reddish, thus, a couple of them approached and asked me about tt. "You've had a sore throat izit?" "What happen to your neck?" These brought smiles across my face though I may need to explain it plenty of times. =]
Today, I am like dragging my right leg around the house. Maybe's due to those 'action-ing' at work. Hope it'll be alryte by tmr.

I've waited so long!
Quite a pleasing LIVE performance for the 1st time. They've changed their hairstyle.
LeeTeuk's hair is so weird tt I'm speechless... He's back to his ponytail days??? At the back of his head... Oh God. My angel's previous hairstyle is too good for any others to surpass nia. I was reading some of the comments and read tt many are crazy over him being sleeveless! Yeap, I agree, tt makes him hot.
Eunhyuk's pounding heart at--"Oh Oh Only for you!" is so hot (HAHA) + his exposed left shoulder (great tactic to get flashes and cam attn). But I still prefer his previous hair, either he's too much into this dance or tt the hair makes him look so fierce throughout the whole show. I like
Donghae's pants (half black-half white) and his coloured + perm hair (adds some textures to his hair, NICE!), as cute as ever cos he's probably the only one who smiles alot in performances.
I'm glad Heechul's "normal" tt day.
Siwon, Shindong, Hankyung are alryte. It's a once in a blue moon show to see Shindong w/o sunglasses!
The lead singers--K.R.Y (KyuHyun, Ryeowook and Yesung) can really sing so well and stable LIVE! Ichiban.
Kyuhyun's my fav as always--his voice, behaviour... everything! He is extremely stunning, charming and charismatic!!!
Ryeowook and Yesung are becoming more and more attractive. I fell in love with wookie's unique voice recently. Yesung acclaiming high notes is always his forte in all SuJu songs.
KangIn's grey hair stands out and I thought it was a not-too-bad and daring try larh.
I want the old Sungmin back! His hair is C.M.I to me! Urghh... His few strands of red hair in the MV is way better than tt in this performance.
I hope KiBum was there. SuJu shld unite in 13 not 11 nor 12!!!
To summarize, the boys did professionally good enough for "It's You"! Can see tt the dance steps' nt easy as the boys are sweating continuously even at the beginning. It's a busy dance and requires a lot of punch everywhere. Poor them. However, I personally still prefer Sorry Sorry (the MV, the song, the dance and SuJu's style there).

Dining at IKEA, Tampines
I was dining (not really for me... but for my parents, yes... ^ see^... I was eating ice-cream & chocolate mousse) at IKEA first time. I thought the whole idea of handling the crowd and all are brilliant ideas tt other eatery outlets shld follow after. Such as the adequate use of trolleys and self-services. Also, the logo--"Clear your own trays, don't leave traces" is a smart & note-worthy point and can make us be responsible/clean-up for wadeva remnants we had after we ate, not the aunties. I love the idea. Nwae, my mum bought me a chest set with 3 drawers, since she's the one complaining tt I have too many clothes to squeeze inside my cupboards. HAHA! I LOVE LOVE it cos it's my fav WHITE! Show u the pic when it's done up.
Tmr n Sun are working days. Shldn't be too tiring, I hope.

TO/AT KOREA 6D4N--Chapter 2 (SAVAGE MY MISSED-OUT BUT PRECIOUS ENTRIES! `PART TWO)
Day 2: 30th March 2009 (Mon)
^Landed at Incheon Airport, Korea at around 6-7 am (KR time). KR time is an hour ahead SG's. We met our tour leader and photographer. We were given about half an hr to wash up and hv our breakfast. We girls bought sandwiches from Coffee Bean.
^I thought our Changi Airport is prettier. But of cos, our airport's one of the best in the world!
^ The others were so tired tt they fell asleep immediately (except for lam).
^On our best companion of the trip-- THE RED COACH! I look damn tired nia. Oh! A good news, this time I did not airsick! WOOO! Purely bushed cos I slept awhile and was reading Eclipse thereafter.
^Introducing our best companion of the trip-- THE RED COACH! There's no excuse not to be able to recognize our coach during the few days there.

The Safari:
^The rare breed of white tigers. ^The Liger (Parents are a Tiger and a Lion) ^The walking bear tt knows how to do the "pray-ing" pose when the driver cues it to do so.

^The thrilling and fun ride! I love it! But no one want's a second ride... ...
^The mini roller coaster. Not fun. =( And it ended in a blink.
Thank God I found a video for Yongin Everland to save me the trouble of illustrating some stuff tt I can't portray well in words.
There are two groups. The guy-guy (Kim Hyun Joong and Kim Joon) group actually went to Yongin Everland and rode one of the few rides we girls managed to ride on, sat the Sky Way and went to the Safari. Wow! I was amazed when I watch the videos. Haha! And later in the day (day 2), I saw Kim Bum (the guy in the guy-gurl group). FYI, the three guys are part of F4 in Korea as they are the official casts of Boys Before/Over Flowers (Korea Version). This version is also going to be featured in SG this coming sat at 9:15pm @ Channel U. Taiwan already braodcasted the 1st epi. I heard the chinese dialogues aren't good.

^Lunch Time! Due to the weird breakfast timing we had on Asiana Airlines which is around 12nm. We were all hungry women by then! HAHA

SGD34.00)! Initially wanted to 'hardened my heart' and just-go-for a pair of Converse boots tt's around 59,000 Won. But come to think about it rationally, there's no way/occasion to wear boots in SG at all! Furthermore, I'm a sweat-at-'ease' person! HAHA
This place is where I saw Kim Bum filming advertisement (looks like adv instead of drama). Wow! He's so charismatic and good-looking! "But seems shorter in real person"--Fern said. Checked his claimed height from his official website... and it says 180 sth. Hmm... doesn't look like it. Nwae, gauging from sight is not accurate nahx.

Everywhere I go, I can watch any TV dramas, variety shows or music channels and remain in my own world for some time (lyk gg to slp ltr etc.). Even though I don't understand a single word, I'll love to guess through their actions, so on... HOHOHO!
^Our Toilet Queen coming out from the ladies with a good cam pose. ^The snowing night cos the hotel was somewhere higher. ^First time I see the snow! Cooling and comfortable night to turn in... Unlike SG... HAHA! no lah, home's always the best!!! =)
