Super sunny day
yea... due to my "grudges" towards empty words/promises. I went to the gym just now! YIPEE!
What I did there:
As warm up, "Sitting bike"--> 3 km
Actual running, track mill, at speed b/w 7 and 8.5--> 2.4 km
Actual running + Cool down on the track mill (speed decreasing from 7.2 to 4.2 to zero) --> 2.86 km
As cool down, "Standing bike aka Moon-walking bike" --> 1 km
Hope the next week I go gym, I'll be able to break these records of mine. =)
